Downloading tms.vcl.uipack_production_13.6.4.0 failed

Hello,

I try to reinstall all components with TMSDashboard, but I get an error while downloading tms.vcl.uipack_production (13.6.4.0). If I try to install VCL UIPack alone, I get same trouble.

Eveytime at the same percentage, download failed due to “The connection to the server was interrupted abnormally”…

I try to uninstall every compoennts thru tms doctor, reinstall the dashboard and so on, reboot computer too but unfortunatly get same error…

Did I miss something ? Can some one help me ? Thank you in advance for your help.

Any websecurity tool , anti-virus tool etc.. you are running that might possibly interfere?
Try to whitelist our TMS Dashboard app in your security tool if this is the case.

Also, what happens if you go to Smart Setup command line and run tms fetch tms.vcl.uipack? Do you see something like this?

Thank you for your answer.

I managed to install the components BIZ, WEB, FNC… with the TMS Dashboard.

After some other tries, I managed to install VCL UIPack ! Now I will try to install the other VCL components.

Perhaps the company's internet traffic was unstable… But anyway, the problem is solved.

When I get the error, I tried tms install tms.vcl.uipack but same trouble download canceled after 58%.

But now everything sems to be OK.
