Is there a method for getting directions and points for using it in the Firemonkey WEBOSMAps component?

Unfortunately getting directions is not supported in WebOSMaps because OpenStreetMaps and the OpenLayers API do not offer such a service.
As an alternative you can use TMS WebGMaps for FireMonkey which does have support for getting directions (via the Google Directions API).
