DBInspectorBar Panels's navigator does not enable it's Insert button when the panel's datasource points to an AureliusDataset that is "fed" by a DatasetFieldColumn and there are no records (in this child dataset).
In these cases, the Edit record button is the only enabled one.
In the same situation, using the same DataSource, either DBNavigator, DBAdvNavigator and DBAdvGlowNavigator do enable the Insert record button.
