Crash on close

Hi,

I'm running V1.9.4.1 on 32bits application: it crashes all the time when port is closed.

Application was working fine with V1.9.3.0.
Tested on a simple application with same result: crash all the time COM port is closed.

Using C++ Builder 10 Seattle Update 1 on Windows 7.

Please fix as soon as you can.
Can you give us access to previous version please?
