Component to upload file from client to server

Is there a component in the TMS Intraweb collection that will allow me to upload a file from the client to the server?  If not, is there a component (anywhere) that will allow this functionality?

Sorry, we do not have such component. TIWFile that is part of IntraWeb itself is designed for this.

It's too bad that TIWFile is ... ehem, not the best. :-/
