Component TMSFNCToolBarPopup1, I did not find instructions on how to use.
Which part of the documentation supports it.
TMSFNCUIPackDevGuide.pdf just mentions that it exists.

i was able to run the component with,
TMSFNCToolBarPopup1.Activate;
