The tool is currently loosing data for both reverse engineering a database and creating scripts.
Domains and Columns need proper character set support.
Others have requested this (Feature Requests 1655 and 2680)
I can provide the queries of the system table to extract the data from FirebirdSQL and I can provide examples of how to generate the SQL to implement them.
This has been an open issue for years.
