Can't expand the nodes when scrollbar is not on the top

Hi there,

I dropped a TTMSFNCTreeView on a form and created this form to a scroll panel of main form. Expanding a treeview node works if scroll bar is on the very top:

However, I can't click expand if scroll bar is not on the very top:

We are currently investigating this here.

We traced & solved this issue. Next update of TMS WEB Core will address this.
