The ZIP file on our server is intact, so something must happen during your download.
What browser do you use?
What operating system?
Is there any antivirus or other security tool running that might interfere with the download?

When I use the login code from 01.09.2021, the loaded Archiv ist always corrupted.
When I use the login code form 24.09.2021, the loaded Archiv ist OK.
I especially retested this from here with credentials from Sept 1, 2021, and I could not see an issue with the download and could unzip it without problems.
Can you try this from another browser and/or other machine?
