Better IDE Form designer

Improve IDE form designer with:

1. live Gridlines (like in delphi 2007 and up)

2. Popup menu with default actions when right click on a component (copy, paste, align to grid, etc)

3. Add a component to the form when double clicking the component in the palette bar.

4. Alignment toolbar

Almost the same features of greatis form designer.
