Auto-register PUBLISHED methods

Would it be possible to auto-register PUBLISHED methods in AddDelphiClass, like you do with properties? It would make it much easier to integrate Delphi classes into TMS Scripter.

Methods can already be automatically registered using the new DefineClassByRTTI method.
