Anomaly in TMS Webcore install

I have 2.6.1.2 installed. When the subscription manager was downloading 2.7.1.0, the internet went down. It was at 29% when it got stuck, so I killed it.

Now, it will not download 2.7, the download icon is absent.The install icon installs 2.6.1.2.

How do I get it to download 2.7?

Delete the (half downloaded) files under
c:\users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\tmssoftware\TMS WEB Core
and then restart TMS Subscription Manager.
