All component of the FMX-UI Pack is not installed in Delphi 10.3, 10.4 and 11.2. My old projects also give errors about inavaliability of the component.
Please make sure to uninstall all old versions and make sure to install the latest version. Also check if the components/packages are checked in the "installed components list" in the IDE
