All of a sudden missing multiple .res files for multiple packages

I have multiple errors saying can't find these files

TMSFNCBitmapContainer.res
TMSFNCGraphics.res
TMSFNCStyles.res
TMSFNCHint.res
FMX.TMSGraphics.res
FMX.TMSPopupEx.res
FMX.TMSTabSet.res
TMSFNCAppUpdate.res
FMX.TMSFNCAppLockForm.fmx
TMSFNCAppLock.res
TMSFNCAppFormPersist.res
FMX.TMSRichEditor.res
TMSFNCToolBar.res
TMSFNCPopup.res
TMSFNCColorWheel.res
TMSFNCToolBarPopup.res

This project has been ongoing and working fine.
All packages are installed.

Is there an easy fix for this or do I need to re-install all packages.

These files should have been installed and available.
I suspect there is an issue with your library path. Please make sure that the folder where these .RES files are installed is added to your library path.
