After I install the Component pack, I am able to open Delphi and use Delphi with no issues, however, when I close, and then re-open, I am presented with an error stating "This application has failed to start because tmsexd2011.bpl was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." After clicking ok, I then get an error about being unable to load the package TMSDeD2011.bpl. I can uninstall the Component Pack, then re0install, and I will be able to open Delphi one time again.
