AdvToolPanelTab problem with locking/unlocking panels.

If I set property AdvToolPanelTab:Position = ppRight, event OnLock decreases 2px property AdvToolPanel: Width, event OnUnlock decreases 2px property AdvToolPanel: OpenWidth. If user too many times Locks and Unlocks Panel then width Panel decreases.
