ADVRicheditor paste text from MS Word

Hello,
I have some problem with copy/paste formatted text to richeditor from word.docx file.
1st one are german special letters richeditor do linebreak at that position
2nd problem font size was changed
Original word look:

Here is what I see after paste in my richeditor :

We have applied an improvement that will be included in the next TMS VCL UI Pack release.
