ADV Toolbar menu collapse

Hey there,

i have an adv Toolbar with Adv Glowbuttons as menu buttons in my project. How do i prevent the Toolbar from collapsing as in the image attached? is there a way to enable a scroll functionality as soon as the form size gets reduced - instead of the collapsing?

This is the prescribed behavior of a Microsoft Office style ribbon. There is no scrolling behavior foreseen in this ribbon UI behavior.
