It is currently not possible to add an additional developer to the site licenses. The developer does not receive an email with his license.

Adding developers to a site license is done when details are enabled on your "My Products" page. When you enable details, you should see the button from where you can add developers.
Meanwhile, my colleague Masiha manually resolved this for you.
