How do I add Watermark using FlexCel?

In Excel, we would select "Header & Footer", select "Picture", browse picture to set as Watermark.
"&[Picture]" is inserted in the header and when clicking on the sheet, the picture is added as Watermark.

Hi,
Have you tried with APIMate?
Just open the file you created with the watermark in APIMate (search for it in the start menu), and it should tell you the code to do the same thing in Excel.
