Add "cbIgnore" in TadvTaskDialog

Add "cbIgnore" (=mbIgnore) in the TAdvTaskDialog (TCommonButton).

TAdvTaskDialog maps on the Microsoft Windows TaskDialog API and this does not provide an Ignore button unfortunately.
