I already found the post where you tell us that the Action property of TTMSFMXToolBarButton is on the request list. Are there any plans when this Feature will be available? For the time being: Is it possible to derive a component from TTMSFMXToolBarButton and declare the protected Action property as published?

There isn't proper Action support, such as cut/copy/paste recognition in FireMonkey so we have currently moved this to the todolist for further investigation.
