Ability to define tab labels on new tab insert

Currently the DoInsertButtonClick hard codes the name of the newly inserted tab to 'AdvOfficeTabSet...'. Can this be updated to provide a function hook post insert so this can customised - adding a procedure "OnInsertButtonClick" should work
