More issues:

With Web Designer = False, I started a new Web Core Bootstrap project and dropped a TWebRadioGroup component on the form. The Object Inspector then showed:

With Web Designer = True, I did the same and the Object Inspector had blanks for all of those properties.

We need to do further work on this design-time initialisation when the web form designer is used.
