Tools for Making SVG images

VCL TMS VCL UI Pack

Do you recommend any tools for making SVG images that are compatible with TMS?  Is there any special SVG format information we need to know when hiring a company to create SVG images for use with TMS components?   I am starting to work with the two components below. 

TAdvSVGImageCollection
TVirtualImageList
