What is the default timeout for connection in the server and in the client.

60 seconds for client.
For server it really depends on the architecture, if it's Apache, Indy, http.sys... For the later here is the info: Server Timeouts Property - Win32 apps | Microsoft Learn

For server-side it's much more complex (you saw how many parameters there are) and I'm not sure if it's worth tackling with it.
