Got the new version announcement by email and downloaded the registered version but installer starts with dialog indicating v2.9.10.0.
The file is updated on our server though.
Could it be this is somewhere a cached version you retrieved?
On retry it seems like the download for all Delphi versions is WebCore v3 but the ones I tried for D10.4 and D12 are WebCore 2.9.10.0.
These Delphi specific downloads have been updated to v3.0.0.0 earlier today.
