I just noticed that the error message is coming up only when compiling/installing the 64 bit version of the components.
For example if I only choose to install the 32bit version of TMS diagram studio no error message is thrown but 64 bit version an error is thrown.
OH! Right there is 64bit options in the library paths. I think I'm good to go.
