Documentation via Wiki

Can I propose to document all components via Wiki ? TMS can drop the same .pdf documentation on Wiki pages and the users can submit their comments, examples, FAQ, tricks, documentation enhancement proposals etc. TMS can moderate this.
 
I also propose every question TMS support receive can be evaluated and the Wiki documentation to be amended or integrated if necessary.
 
As a test, one can start with one single component and see the customers feedback and then, if positive, to provide the documentation of the remaining components.

If I can make a suggestion: choose the component that received the most questions, check how many questions this components received in the last three months each month in the average, set up a wiki and after a couple of month check again the average of questions of the last two months.

I think this is a very optimistic estimation.
We have integrated the tips & faq page for each component, for example

but you'd be surprised how many emails we still receive for things that are directly available in this resource.
