ComboBox DropDowns not placing correctly with Miletus

When running Miletus on Windows - I'm getting ComboBox dropdowns not properly placing themselves x,y until you click the down arrow twice upon moving a form.

We were able to reproduce this and applied an improvement. The next version will contain the changes.
